Suchitra Rao further said, “I am in early stages of making ‘The Highway Mafia’ into a film. I have already contacted few production houses and they are agreed to bankroll the movie. So I am in the process of finding an creative director.”
From organised crimes to cattle trafficking, Suchitra Rao answered all questions and other controversial matters in detailed manner. She said, ”When I announced the title ‘The Highway Mafia’ ,there was lot of excitement to find out what the Title meant, quite a bit of them expected it to be a highway robbery, bank robbery that involves the transportation etc. As the book revolved around ‘Cattle Trafficking’ , majority felt it was a creative & unique title. It revolves around young businessman Arjun and Sana.
