On this day (28th April), in 2017, SS Rajamoili’s directorial venture, Baahubali The Conclusion was arrived at the theaters and the movie crushed several records at the box office. It is a proud moment for those who were associated with Baahubali 2, and the audience as well. The 39-year-old south actor Prabhas, who attained pan-India star status after the release of Baahubali series- Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, said even after 2 years he still misses being part of the beautiful universe created by SS Rajamouli.
On this memorable occasion, Young Rebel Star Prabhas, who played the iconic roles of Mahendra Baahubali and Amarendra Baahubali in Baahubali series attended an interview and talked about his experience of working on the cult film
Prabhas said, “I miss every set up from shooting for the film, the sets, the war sequences from SS Rajamouli’ Baahubali. I have spent 5 years. It is a journey of 5 years which is a really long time to have an emotional connect with. The whole mood of periodic effect that SS Rajamouli created is one of the most cherished times that I could ever be a part of.”
Prabhas further said, “Baahubali has been an iconic benchmark in my life. It is very surreal to see that it has had such an impactful effect on the history of Indian cinema.”
Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia, Rana Daggubati, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Subbaraju and Nasser were seen in key roles in this high budget visual extravaganza. Rajanouli helmed the movie and Arka Mediaworks banner had bankrolled it.
