There is a good news for Megastar Chiranjeevi fans. It is known news that Megastar Chiranjeevi has joined hands with Koratala Siva for an upcoming flick, which was launched on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami. To be jointly bankrolled by Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainments, the yet-untitled project marks the maiden collaboration of Chiranjeevi and Koratala Siva. The launch ceremony was attended by Megastar Chiranjeevi’ mother Anjana Devi, son Ram Charan and wife Surekha among others.
Koratala Siva is best known for directing blockbuster films such as Mirchi, Srimanthudu and Bharat Ane Nenu. Now according to the latest update, Chiranjeevi and Koratala Siva’ film start rolling down from today at Kokapet in a special erected large house set. The sources say that shoot will be continued till Sankranthi without any break. Chiranjeevi will be seen playing the role of an employee of endowments department in Koratala Siva’ film. Finally Chiranjeevi has taken the charge of endowments department from today.
The famous composer Mani Sharma has been roped in to compose music for this yet-untitled project. If speculations turn out to be accurate, it will mark Mani Sharma’ first collaboration with Koratala Siva. Previously it was reported that duo Ajay-Atul of Sairat fame was going to compose the music for this film but later the makers roped Mani Sharma to render the tune.
Trisha Krishnan will play the female lead in Chiranjeevi and Koratala Siva’ film, which will be made on the lavish budget of Rs 140 Cr. Chiranjeevi is playing an employee of endowments department in this pan Indian film.
Meanwhile, Megastar Chiranjeevi is basking in the success of his latest release Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, which was directed by Surender Reddy, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is all about the story of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy and his fight against the British for independent India.
