The film Akhanda starring Nandamuri Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal is a huge blockbuster for its investors in Nizam and Overseas territories. In Nizam, the film fetched an estimated Rs 11 Cr for its theatrical rights and has already earned Rs 15.3 Cr in its first week. Upon its release on 2nd December, Balakrishna starrer garnered a terrific response from the audiences, with many praising the storyline and performances of the cast.
The movie lovers were in the awe of Balakrishna aghora gate up, The film has turned out to be a profitable venture for the makers and has already crossed the break-even point. Finally with this film Balakrishna and Boyapati Sirnu have scored a hat trick after Simha and Legend. According to the makers the movie Akhanda has grossed Rs 102 in 10 days.
Akhanda will face tough competition next week due to the arrival of Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Anasuya and Sunil starrer Pushpa which is releasing on 17th December.
Nandamuri Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal starrer Akhanda is bankrolled by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under Dwaraka Creations whereas the music is composed by Thaman, the film has cinematography and editing work carried out by C Ram Prasad and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao respectively.
