KCR (K Chandrasekhar Rao), Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and chief minister of Telangana, has submitted an affidavit declaring his assets to the returning officer of the Election Commission along with his nomination papers for Gajwel assembly seat. The poll body has uploaded the affidavit on its website. The affidavit submitted to the Election Commission by KTR revealed that he has borrowed Rs 82.87 lakh from his son KTR or KT Rama Rao and Rs 24.60 lakh from his daughter-in-law Shailima
KCR has assets worth Rs 22.60 Cr and an annual income of Rs 2.07 Cr but does not own any cars. Neither he nor his wife has any car. The chief minister KCR has declared that his profession is an agriculturist and his wife K Shobha is a housewife. According to the affidavit, the total movable assets of CM KCR are worth Rs 10.40 Cr and immovable assets are worth Rs 12.20 Cr.
According to the affidavit, Telanagana CM KCR has liabilities to the tune of Rs. 8.88 Cr in the form of unsecured loans. CM has no bank loans. There are 63 criminal cases against him
CM KCR owns a house in Karimnagar and another in Hyderabad, together valued at Rs.5.10 Cr. He also has 2 acre non-agriculture land in Siddipet district valued Rs. 60 lakh.
KCR has 75 grams of gold jewellery worth Rs 2.40 lakh and also has Rs 2.40 lakh cash in hand. His wife K Shobha has 2,200 grams of gold jewellery, diamonds and gems and stones worth Rs 93.66 lakh and Rs 93,595 cash in hand.
During the 2014 elections, KCR had declared his total assets worth Rs 16.94 Cr and an income of Rs 6.59 lakh as per 2012-13 income tax return.
Telangana will vote on 7th December 2018 and the results will be declared four days later.
