The teaser gives a hint that Nani starrer is all about 36-year-old man who wants to become a cricketer at the retirement age. Nani looks different in the cricketer look. Will he become a professional cricketer? We have to wait till the release of Jersey.
Jersey is written and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri of Malli Raava fame and produced by Naga Vamsi on Sithara Entertainments banner. The film has the music by Kollywood sensational music composer Anirudh Ravichander. The music composer wrote about Jersey, “So happy to be part of #Jersey , our second film in Telugu.. hope you enjoy this film and our music..”
Producer Naga Vamsi also shared the Jersey teaser on his Twitter, “It was always my childhood dream to become a cricketer! Now I am very fortunate to make a film on it with my friend @NameisNani . Looking forward to show you how much we love the game.”
Shraddha Srinath is playing the female lead. Recently during the media interaction, Nani said that Jersey would be a unique movie in his career. It is slated to hit the theaters in the month of April.
