The singer Arijit Singh’s mother Aditi Singh died on Wednesday night due to Coronavirus related complications. Aditi Singh, who had recently recovered from Coronavirus, passed away at a Kolkata hospital on Wednesday due to cerebral stroke.
Arijit’ mother Aditi Singh was 52 and she was admitted to Amri Dhakuria hospital in Kolkata for the treatment of Coronavirus. She had been undergoing treatment there for the last few weeks. Aditi Singh recovered from COVID-19 and tested -ive for the Covid-19 on Monday but she was extremely critical.
A hospital source confirmed that Aditi Singh passed away around 11 pm. Singer’ mother, admitted with COVID, was put on ECMO. She tested negative on Monday but succumbed to a cerebral stroke last night.”
Arijit Singh is one of the most loved musicians of the entertainment industry. He rose to stardom after his song Tum Hi Ho from the movie Aashiqui 2. Some of his other hit tracks include Agar Tum Saath Ho , Humdard, Jaan Nisaar, Mera Pyar Tera Pyar, Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, Chal Ghar Chalen, Hardum Humdum and Kalank .
Arijit Singh is also known as the king of playback singing. He has also crooned the songs for few Telugu movies like- Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India, Bhale Manchi Roju, Uyyala Jampala, Swamy Ra Ra etc.
