‘Shyam Singa Roy‘ starring Nani was released on December 25 as a Christmas present. Sai Pallavi and Kriti Shetty as the heroines. The film is directed by ‘Taxiwala’ fame Rahul Sankritian and the music is composed by Mickey J Meyer and produced by Venkat Boinapalli.The teaser, trailer and songs created good expectations for the film. The first day of the film received positive talk and good openings were recorded. Though the film was released in Andhra Pradesh under many awkward conditions, it is fortunate to have garnered solid collections.

‘Shyam Singa Roy’ was released by most of the producers on their own. However, trade pundits had earlier said that the film would have to break even if it could fetch a share of Rs 30 crore.With that, adjustments were made in the business again. With that, it seems that the break even target of Rs 22 crore has been fixed.

By the end of 3 days, the film had garnered a share of Rs 17.82 crore. That means 81 percent of the film has achieved recovery. Break even if completed as a study on weekdays, there is a chance of completing and gaining clean hit status.
